2. Scope and formation of the contract
These terms apply to self-paced video courses and related digital learning materials sold through this website. The course sales page, shopping cart and order confirmation form part of the contract together with these terms.
If an offer includes a live session, individual consultation, subscription service or another service component, its scope, timing and specific terms are described on the sales page. In the event of a conflict, any more favourable statutory consumer right applies.
3. Price, payment and invoice
The course price, taxes, access period and any additional charges are displayed before you place your order. Payment is processed by the WooCommerce payment method selected at checkout. For company orders, the invoice is issued using the details provided in the order.
The order becomes binding when the customer clicks the button confirming an order with an obligation to pay. Access is granted after payment confirmation or another event clearly specified on the sales page.
4. Use of digital content
The course requires an up-to-date web browser that supports JavaScript and an internet connection for video streaming. Paid videos are delivered as protected streams. Direct downloads and offline copies are not included unless stated otherwise on the sales page.
Your account and access are personal. Login credentials, protected video links and paid materials must not be shared with third parties. Companies requiring access for several users must purchase separate seats.
5. Consumer withdrawal rights and access to digital content
Consumers generally have the right to withdraw from a distance contract within 14 days. For self-paced digital content, checkout asks for separate express consent to begin delivery before that period ends, and an acknowledgement that the right to withdraw from the digital content contract is lost when delivery begins.
Granting access and starting delivery are distinct: opening a video or learning material starts delivery of digital content. If the legal requirements for consent, acknowledgement of the loss of withdrawal rights or confirmation on a durable medium have not been met, the consumer's statutory rights are not restricted.
For mixed offers, service components, unopened digital content or other exceptions, withdrawal rights are assessed according to the actual content of the order. Receipt of a withdrawal request does not automatically mean a refund has been approved.
6. Conformity of digital content
Digital content must meet the characteristics, purpose, compatibility, security and update commitments described on the sales page and in the contract. Where required by law, the seller is liable for defects in digital content supplied in a single act for two years; for a continuous digital service, liability applies throughout the supply period.
If there is a defect, the initial remedy is to bring the content or access into conformity free of charge within a reasonable time. If this is impossible, unsuccessful or causes unreasonable inconvenience, the customer may request a price reduction or termination under the conditions provided by law.
7. Technical availability commitment
If paid content cannot be used because of a technical fault attributable to the seller, we will seek to restore access within a reasonable time. If restoration is not possible, we will apply an appropriate statutory or contractual remedy for the affected service. This commitment is not a general 14-day money-back guarantee and does not limit statutory consumer rights.
8. Refunds and changes to access
For a valid withdrawal or another justified return, a refund will be made within the statutory period, normally using the original payment method unless the parties agree otherwise. The payment provider's settlement time may affect when the money reaches your account.
A full refund revokes only course access created by that order. A partial refund changes only the rights associated with the relevant order line, quantity or seats. Access obtained through other orders remains in place.
9. Complaints and disputes
Send a description of the issue and your order number to anti@nulleuri.ee. We will respond within the statutory period and first seek a practical resolution.
If an agreement cannot be reached with a consumer, the consumer may refer the dispute to the Consumer Disputes Committee at the Estonian Consumer Protection and Technical Regulatory Authority. Estonian law applies to the contract, without prejudice to the mandatory protections of the consumer's country of residence.
10. Business purchases and personal data
Consumer withdrawal rights do not apply to legal entities or purchasers acting for business or professional purposes unless required by law. Multi-user access, invoicing and responsibility are governed by the order and seat terms.
