What will we
work through?

We choose exercises relevant to your work. For each task, we define the goal, provide the context and review the result.

  1. Choose the right tool for the task

    Explore ChatGPT, Claude and Gemini on your tasks and try out a suitable approach.

  2. Write a clear brief

    Add the goal, audience, background and desired format. Compare a general question with a more precise instruction.

  3. Practise with text or a document

    Draft an email, summary or internal guide. Participants try the same approach with their own example.

  4. Improve the response and agree on limits

    Check facts and missing information. Review what can be shared with the tool and when to ask someone in your company.

Start with

Choose a couple of recurring tasks and describe your team's AI experience. We agree in advance on using real materials; sample data works too.

I demonstrate the approach, then participants try it themselves. We review the results together and refine the instructions where the response or solution needs improvement. We agree on tools and accounts before training.

Can a complete beginner take part?

Yes. We start with describing a task and using the tool. Where the team includes more experienced users, we account for that when choosing exercises.

Do we focus only on ChatGPT?

The content depends on your work and tools. Where useful, we compare Claude and Gemini on a specific task too.

What if the team already uses AI?

A more focused topic may fit better than fundamentals. Tell me what is already familiar and where you are getting stuck, and we can refine the focus.

Is training on site or online?

Both are possible. We choose the format around the participants, tasks and practical work required. Duration and schedule are agreed in the proposal.

How is the training priced?

The price depends on content, scope, participant numbers and format. Describe your needs and you will receive a specific programme and proposal before deciding.
