What will we
work through?

We choose exercises relevant to your work. For each task, we define the goal, provide the context and review the result.

  1. Map current use

    Review who already uses ChatGPT, for which tasks and where shared agreements are needed.

  2. Plan the workspace and roles

    Discuss users, access and administration. Account and payment permissions remain with your company administrator.

  3. Draft usage rules

    Clearly document permitted use, data boundaries and situations where someone should ask before proceeding.

  4. Test a shared approach

    Create instructions for a recurring task or, where appropriate, a first version of an internal GPT. Test it with examples and agree on future reviews.

Preparation and format

Start with
your task.

Describe your team size, current tools and main use cases. If workspace administration is involved, include your company administrator and bring your current data-use guidelines.

I demonstrate the approach, then participants try it themselves. We review the results together and refine the instructions where the response or solution needs improvement. We agree on tools and accounts before training.

Do we need to be using ChatGPT Business already?

No. We can first discuss your tasks and the shared practices you need. Buying an account is not a requirement for a training enquiry.

Can the trainer change our account?

We can review workspace structure and settings together. Your administrator controls account and payment actions, with their scope agreed separately.

Will we create an internal GPT?

If the task calls for one, we can prepare its instructions and a first version. We start with the task and check whether a shared assistant delivers the intended result.

Is training on site or online?

Both are possible. We choose the format around the participants, tasks and practical work required. Duration and schedule are agreed in the proposal.

How is the training priced?

The price depends on content, scope, participant numbers and format. Describe your needs and you will receive a specific programme and proposal before deciding.
