Privacy notice for the Bauhub AI service
Applies to enquiries about the Bauhub AI service. Updated on 6 October 2026.
Who uses your data?
The service provider and data controller is Blacksunset OÜ, registry code 16513658. Anti Soosaar responds to enquiries. For data protection questions, email anti@nulleuri.ee or call +372 58 200 900. This is Anti Soosaar’s independent service, not an official Bauhub service.
What information do we request, and why?
The form requires your name, email address and the type of help you need. Company name and additional details are optional. We use this information to respond, clarify the work and, where requested, prepare a quotation. Without the required contact information, we cannot respond through the form; you may also contact us by phone.
For an individual seeking to order a service, the legal basis is taking steps at your request before entering a contract. When communicating with a company representative, the basis is our legitimate interest in responding to a business enquiry and arranging cooperation. Do not submit confidential project files, personal identification numbers, health information or unnecessary data about other people through the form.
Technical services
Your enquiry is delivered to Anti’s email. We use Hostinger for website and email hosting. Technical data, such as IP addresses, browser information and security logs, is used to protect the website and form. Cloudflare Turnstile protects the form by assessing traffic authenticity and may process technical device and network attributes. See Cloudflare Turnstile’s privacy information and Hostinger’s privacy information.
International providers may process data outside the European Economic Area. Their transfer mechanisms and safeguards are described in the linked provider terms. Contact us for further information.
Enquiry source and cookies
If you arrive through a campaign link, its campaign label and the service-page path may be included with your enquiry. These help identify the offer you are asking about. Submitting the form does not add you to a mailing list.
Meta Pixel and advertising measurement
If you allow the ‘Advertisement’ category in cookie settings, we use Meta Pixel on the Bauhub service page to measure visits and successfully submitted enquiries. The provider is Meta Platforms Ireland Limited. Meta may receive your IP address, browser and device information, the visited page address and cookie identifiers. We do not send form-field contents, including your name, email address, company or message, to the Pixel.
Measurement uses the _fbp cookie and, following an advertising click, _fbc, usually for up to 90 days. You may refuse consent or withdraw it later using ‘Cookie settings’ in the footer. On withdrawal, we stop further measurement and remove these Meta cookies. An enquiry submitted without advertising consent is not measured retrospectively if consent is given later. Refusing consent does not affect use of the form.
See Meta’s Privacy Policy and Meta’s Cookies Policy. These also explain Meta’s international data processing and safeguards.
How long do we keep your data?
Retention depends on resolving the enquiry and any subsequent cooperation. We keep correspondence for as long as necessary to answer the enquiry, fulfil agreements or defend legal claims. Data must be deleted when those reasons no longer apply. Transaction records subject to statutory retention requirements are kept for the required period. You can ask about retention of a particular enquiry at the address above.
Your rights
You may request information about and a copy of your data, correct inaccurate data and, where provided by law, request erasure, restriction of processing or data portability. You may object to processing based on legitimate interests. To exercise your rights, email anti@nulleuri.ee. If you believe your rights have been infringed, you may contact the Estonian Data Protection Inspectorate.
Your enquiry is not subject to automated decision-making with legal or similarly significant effects. Processing project data and granting access for the AI service are agreed separately before work begins.
