  3. Plan skills and shared rules

    Identify the guidance your team needs and the shared rules to agree before the pilot.

  4. Define the first pilot

    Choose a manageable task, an owner and a checkpoint. Agree on the evidence for continuing, adapting or stopping the pilot.

Start with

Bring a couple of recurring processes, previous AI experiments and your main questions. Include someone who knows how the chosen work is actually done.

I demonstrate the approach, then participants try it themselves. We review the results together and refine the instructions where the response or solution needs improvement. We agree on tools and accounts before training.

Do leaders need to know the tools already?

In-depth knowledge is not required. Where useful, we start with examples so everyone understands the possibilities and limits before the discussion.

Will we have a complete company AI policy?

We can draft an initial set of usage rules. Your final policy needs to reflect your operations, data protection obligations and other applicable requirements.

Can team training follow this session?

Yes. Once the use case and required skills are clear, we can build the next training session around that same task.

Is training on site or online?

Both are possible. We choose the format around the participants, tasks and practical work required. Duration and schedule are agreed in the proposal.

How is the training priced?

The price depends on content, scope, participant numbers and format. Describe your needs and you will receive a specific programme and proposal before deciding.
